Atlantic 15, a luxury community in Sunny Isles Florida, had to reach high end buyers for their collection of new custom luxury homes. The challenge? The buyers in that market originated from three different places (Venezuela, Russia and Brazil) with three distinct cultures and languages. Creative Mindworks’ diverse multicultural team got to work crafting a unique 360 campaign that worked across all languages and cultures. The results were impressive. All fifteen $1 million+ homes were sold within the first 12 months of construction.
