Pinecrest Place

Pinecrest Place was a newly built collection of ten upscale homes in Pinecrest Florida. The developer engaged Creative Mindworks to target high-end buyers and investors in the South Miami area. We created a print campaign with images of friendly faces, sweeping landscapes and beautiful Pinecrest Place views that perfectly captured the properties’ coastal lifestyle.
