Creative Mindworks Marketing LLC (“Creative Mindworks,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a marketing, web development and AI agency with offices in Miami, Florida and San Diego, California. This policy explains what information we collect through creativemindworks.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your first and last name, email address, phone number, the type of inquiry, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
- Client feedback form. Your rating, feedback, name, company and email address. If you check the consent box, we may quote your feedback, with your name and company, on our website and in our marketing materials.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site: the pages visited, time on the site, general location (such as city or country), device and browser type, and how you found us. We look at this information in aggregate to improve the site.
- Spam and bot protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to tell people apart from automated bots.
- Security and server logs. Our hosting and security software record information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running and to block attacks.
- Fonts. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

These include our website hosting and security providers, the email service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, Google (Google Analytics and Google Fonts) and Cloudflare (Turnstile).
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale of our business.

- Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) to measure visits and site usage.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which may use cookies or similar technology to detect bots on our contact form.
- WordPress cookies, set only for people who log in to manage the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and our site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How long we keep information
We keep messages from our forms, email and phone for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. We keep client information for the length of our working relationship and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We keep testimonials until you ask us to remove them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.
How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and security monitoring on our site. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. You can also ask us to remove a testimonial or to stop sending you marketing emails, and every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under state law. We will respond to requests as the law requires, and we will not discriminate against you for using your privacy rights.
Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as Instagram, LinkedIn and our clients’ websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
