About Phillip
Phillip started his career in healthcare technology at UM/Jackson, developing systems that made care more efficient for patients and healthcare providers. He went on to co-found eRealSoft (2003–2018), a real estate management and sales platform built for developers, and was one of the founders of AdminHealth (2009–2011), an electronic health records and medical billing system for medical practices.
Recognized by the Business Journal as a technology leader, he holds a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and is fluent in English and Spanish.
At Creative Mindworks he leads the technology and digital strategy behind each engagement. He has helped launch the digital strategy for real estate projects from condo conversions to the luxury market throughout Miami, the Caribbean and South America, worked with Citi to launch the Citi Bike Miami app, and delivered projects for brands including Carnival, IMUSA and Hampton Forge.
Today he puts AI to work across the build: taking products from detailed software development documents to working MVPs and full applications ready for launch, often in a fraction of the usual time, alongside AI video, chatbots and voice agents, and AI search optimization for clients.
